CrossFit 254

Hey there, fitness enthusiasts and gym lovers! I’m Kimani here from Oak Concepts Limited, your favorite boutique creative agency based in Nairobi. Today, I’m thrilled to share the behind-the-scenes scoop on how we helped CrossFit 254 revamp their gym’s interior and elevate their brand to match their dynamic spirit. Get ready for a ride full of creativity, challenges, and some serious workouts!

CrossFit 254, based in Eldoret, Kenya a powerhouse in the fitness world, wanted a fresh, motivating space that embodied their mission of transforming lives through fitness and nutrition. They reached out to us, the creative maestros at Oak Concepts, to bring their vision to life. Challenge? Accepted!

Walking into their existing gym space, we could already see the potential. The place had a raw, industrial vibe, but it needed that extra spark to truly come alive. The CrossFit 254 team shared their vision with us: a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of age or background, could come together and achieve their fitness goals. Their mantra, "Fitness is Health, and Health is Fitness," resonated deeply with us.

From the moment we sat down with the CrossFit 254 team, it was clear they had a grand vision. They needed a comprehensive brand strategy that included brand evaluation, positioning, architecture, extensions, naming, and research. But that wasn't all. They also wanted brand development services encompassing logo design, signage and branding, brand advertising, and merchandise design.

Our task was to create a space and brand identity that not only looked fantastic but also communicated their core values: inclusivity, health, and community support.

We gathered our creative minds at Oak Concepts Limited and began brainstorming. The key was to create a space that embodied the spirit of CrossFit 254—a place where hard work, dedication, and community thrive. We decided on a vibrant color scheme featuring bold orange and cool blue tones. These colors were chosen for their energy and calming effects, reflecting the dynamic yet welcoming atmosphere of CrossFit 254. The logo design needed to be modern and versatile, something that could be as inspiring on a t-shirt as it was on the gym’s front sign.

Next up was signage and branding. We wanted the entrance to be striking, with clear, motivational messages that would resonate with every visitor. The phrase "Fitness is Health, Health is Fitness" became a central theme, capturing the essence of what CrossFit 254 was all about.

Once the designs were finalized, it was time to bring them to life. We collaborated closely with our construction team to ensure that every detail was perfect. The gym space was transformed into a vibrant, energetic hub where every corner inspired movement and positivity.

The equipment was carefully selected and positioned to maximize efficiency and comfort. We created distinct workout zones, ensuring a seamless flow from one activity to the next. The walls were adorned with motivational murals, reinforcing the community spirit and encouraging members to push their limits.

The day of the grand unveiling was electric. The CrossFit 254 team and their members were eager to see the transformation. As they walked through the doors, their expressions of awe and excitement were the ultimate reward. The vibrant colors, thoughtfully designed workout zones, and overall atmosphere were a hit.

Our journey with CrossFit 254 didn’t end at the grand unveiling. It marked the beginning of a long-lasting relationship. We continue to support them, ensuring that their space evolves with their community’s needs and that their brand continues to inspire and motivate.

If you ever find yourself in Eldoret , do visit CrossFit 254 and experience the energy, the community, and the space that we are so proud to have brought to life.

Remember, at Oak Concepts Limited, we’re not just about design – we’re about creating experiences and turning dreams into reality.
